Ingredients
2 pkg of cream cheese softened
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1/2 cup Canned Pumpkin
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
dash ground cloves
dash nutmeg
Preheat oven to 350*
Mix together: cream cheese, sugar, vanilla
Next mix 1 Cup of the previous mixture and stir in pumpkin, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg.
Pour the remainder of the plain mixture into graham cracker crust.
Pour the pumpkin mixture over plain.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until center is almost set.
Refridgerate 3 hours or overnight.
Graham Cracker Pie Crust
Ingredients
1 package of graham crackers (about 11)
3 Tbsp brown sugar
6 Tbsp butter or margarine melted
crush crackers and then add melted butter and brown sugar.
Mix until completely moistened and mixture is coarse crumbs.
Pour mixture into pie plate and press into bottom and sides.
