Pie Crust

7 Tbsp Shortening
5 Tbsp boiling water
2 Cups Flour
1 tsp Salt

Mix shortening and water with a fork until fluffy. Cool in refrigerator 10-15 minutes. Cut in flour and salt. Divide into two balls and roll out large enough to cover pie plate. Bake 425* for 15 minutes.
