Beat eggs thoroughly add water and sugar and continue to beat. Sift dry ingredients and add to egg mixture. Mix well and add vanilla. Bake in sheet pan lined with greased wrapping paper. Turn hot jelly roll onto waxed paper and spread jelly or jam over it. Hold fimly and roll, cool and sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
