2 cans Mushrooms
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Oregano
Black Pepper
1-2 Cup Mottzarella Cheese
Parmesan Cheese
Put all ingredients except the cheese into a 2 quart saucepan and simmer 10 minutes. Add Cheese and stir until melted, serve hot.
