Prominent Financier Passes Away Suddenly at Mountain Retreat

SWAIN.-Suddenly, on July 23, 1904, at the Hotel Champlain, N.Y., CHARLES M. SWAIN.  Relatives and friends of the family, the R.W. Grand Lodge, F. and A.M.; Montgomery Lodge, No. 19, F. and A.M., and other Masonic bodies of which he was a member, are invited to attend the funeral services, at his late residence, 4500 Spruce st., to-day (Tuesday), the 26th inst., at 2P.M. precisely.  Interment private.
