To all Commanderies. Grand Officers. Past Grand Commanders. & Sir Knights all:

On April 11, 2008: Concord NH The Annual Business Conclave of the Grand Commandery was held and a goodly part of the annual business was completed.  However due to things beyond the control of the Grand Commandery of NH the meeting was interrupted and the work was not completed. 

Furthermore because of the actions of the April 11^th meeting, the Annual Conclave was postponed to a later date to be announced at which we would complete the business of the Grand Commandery.

Per order of the Acting Grand Commander, please note the following ORDER:

ALL GRAND OFFICERS  AND CONSTITUENT COMMANDERY DAIS OFFICES ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND!!!!!!

BUSINESS:

 

1.                To hear the ruling of the Jurisprudence Committee on the vote to no longer be part of Grand Encampment.  This vote is not open for debate.It was a legal vote.

2.                To affirm our decision to with draw from Grand Encampment.

3.                To hear the balance of the Annual Reports

4.                Election of officers

5.                Installation of officers

6.                To hear any other business that my come before the Grand Commandery at this time.
