I have struggled with my weight for sometime now.   I contribute it to bad eating habits and lack of exercise. Sometimes you just get slack with what is healthy and right to do.

There are many useful links out there that will help you with all the  knowledge of what the right foods can do for you.  You can get support and all the tools you need to make your weightloss journey a success. I have found that
Diet Watch or Fit Day are wonderful online food and exercise trackers with journals to keep up with what, when, where and why we eat.  It is so helpful to keep track of what you eat and to chart your progress of your ups and downs.  When you are on the downs, you still need to keep up with your food intake.  You can get right  back on track after a down time of bingeing.

Helpful Hints that have helped me to  shed those pounds:

1.  Drink lots of Water!  It is so important.  It helps you curb hunger, washes out your system,  you're so busy going to potty, you don't have time to eat!  LOL
2.  Read labels for fat content and calorie count.
3.  Walk or get some form of aerobic activity daily.
4.  Get off of carbonated drinks!
5.  Keep a journal of what you eat daily.
6.  Get a diet buddy.  It is great if your spouse will be in this with you.
7.  Be sure and have healthy things on hand for that snack attack.

The web sites below all are great with message boards and lots of advise for every situation. They will help you get healthy and beautiful.
