Turkey and Dressing
Bake Turkey according to directions.  I take all giblets out of turkey and wash thoroughly. Put giblets in refrigerator until ready to make gravey. Place turkey in large baking pan.  Put about 2 inches of water around turkey. Cover with foil.  Bake at 350 until done, usually 3 hrs.  Use directions per pound.

Dressing:
2 9x13 pans of baked cornbread.  Crumble in large dish pan or large pan
6 slices of toast
6 boiled eggs, chopped
1-2 onions, 1 cup celery, chopped and sauted in 1 stick of margarine
2 Tbsp sage
1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together.  When turkey is done, pour enough broth over cornbread mixture to resemble a thick cornbread mix.   Pour into large baking pan.  Bake until brown.

Giblet Gravey:

Take giblets taken from turkey and cover in water .  Cook giblets until done.  Remove from water and set aside.  Let cool and chop into pieces.
Add: 3 boiled eggs, chopped
2 Tbsp. of the cooked dressing
In seperate container, mix 3 Tbsp flour and 1 c. milk  (I shake together in a leakproof container to blend well and remove lumps.)Add to other ingredients and lastly, add chopped giblets.
Salt and pepper to taste
