Buffalo Chips

2 c sugar
2 c brown sugar
2 c butter, melted
2 tsp soda
4 c flour
4 eggs
2 tssp vanilla
2 tsp baking powder
Cream together and then add in a large bowl:
2 c crushed cornflakes
2 c oatmeal
6 oz pkg chocolate chips
1 c pecans
1 can coconut
Drop by large Tbsp onto cookie sheet.  Bake for 15 minutes at 350.  Makes 60 5" cookies.
So... Good!  I always made these for my kids parties, baseball games etc.
   Trent's Favorite No-Bake Cookies

In sauce pan, bring to boil:
1 stick margarine
1/2 c milk
2 c sugar
After it comes to rlling boil, boil and stir for 2 minutes.

Remove from heat and quickly add: 
1/2 c peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
3 c old- fasioned oats

Stir vigorously for about 2 min.  Drop by spoon onto wax paper.  Let cool.

  Ultimate Chocolate Chip Cookies

3/4 stick Crisco Butter Flavored Shortening
1 1/4 c firmly packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp milk
1 Tbsp vanilla
1 3/4 c flour
1 tsp salt
3/4 tsp soda
1 6 oz. chocolate chips
1 c schopped nuts

Combine all ingredients
Drop by Tbsp onto cookie sheet.  Flatten with floured glass bottom.  Bake at 350 for 11-13 min.

Optional:  Substitute butterscotch chips instead of chocolate chips.  Soo.. Good!
                   Ranger Cookies

1/2 c sugar
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c margarine or Crisco 
1/2  c oil
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 3/4 c flour
1/2 tsp saalt
1/2 tsp
1/2 tsp
1/2 c Rice Krispies or corn flakes
1/2 c coconut
1/2 c 3 minute oatss
1/2 c chopped pecans

Combine all ingredients.  MIx well.  Drop by Tbsp onto cookie sheet.  Flatten with floured glass.  Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes.  Makes 5 1/2 dozen.
      Favorite Peanut Butter Cookies

3/4 c creamy peanut butter
1/2 stick butter flavored Crisco
1 1/4 c firmly packed brown sugar
3 Tbsp milk
1 Tbssp vanilla
1 egg
1 3/4 c flour
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp baking soda

Mix all ingredients.  Drop by Tbsp. onto cookie sheet. Flatten with a floured fork in a criss-cross  design.  Bake at 350 for 8-10 min.
Makes about 3 dozen.
          Chewy Oatmeal Cookies

3/4 c butter flavored Crisco
1 1/4 c firmly packed brown sugar
1 egg
1/3 c milk
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
3 c oatmeal
1 c flour
1/2 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 c raisins
1 c chopped nut

Combine ingredients.  Drop by Tbsp onto ccookie sheet.  Flatten with floured bottom of a glass.  Bake at 350 for 10-12 min.

                Easy Brownies

2 sticks margarine
2 c sugar
10 Tbsp. cocoa
4 eggs (wellbeaten)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 c chopped nuts

pour in greased 9 x 13 (mixture will be thick) Bake at 350 20-25 minutes
These are the best for just a plain brownie!
