| Cafe Cappuccino in a Jar 1 1/2 cups Hazelnut flavored non dairy creamer (or plain) 1 c powedered chocoalte drink mix 1 c instant coffee 1 c powdered sugar 1/4 c brown sugar 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp nutmeg In a large zip lock plastic bag, using pastry roller, crush coffee until it is a fine powder. Ad in other ingredients and mix well. Sppon into dry air tight containers. Attach label to each jar instructing: Mix 4 T. of mix to 1 c. very hot water. |
| Hot Chocolate Mix 4 c powdered sugar 14 oz non fat dry milk 1 16oz. instant chocolate milk 4 T cocoa 14 oz. French Vanilla non dairy creamer 1 large box fudge pudding mix 2 c. minature marshmellows Mix all ingredients and put into airtight containers. Instructions: 3 T. of mix to 1 c. very hot water |
