 1990 NHHS CROSS COUNTRY

     The commitment the boys and girls gave towards excellence is encouraging and I hope that next year will be even better.
 Their continued hard work will "MAKE IT HAPPEN." The Boys' Cross Country team qualified for State for the
 second year in a row by placing second in our regional meet. Angela Osman also qualified for State for the second year in a
 row by placing third at Regionals. Participating in the state meet is always one of our goals and I was very pleased we
 accomplished this.Travis Sheeley and Abe Forbeck placed fifth and sixth respectively to qualify for State individually. The team runners at State were David Gray, Michael Voorhees, DeWayne Davidson, Bobby Thompson, and Lee Lingenfelter.

The Cross Country team at Northern Heights would like to pay tribute to an excellent person, a  fine athlete, and a great teammate our brother- Travis Sheeley. We will miss him.
