Egypt has a good experience in using bagasse in pulp and paper industries.Now it is using the experience of handling bagasse to produce MDF.
The MDF is one of the fiber board which is manufacutred by using glue to adhere the fiber to make mat.
This mat will then be put under a high temperature and pressure to cure the fibers and the glue together, then the board is built.
NFB produces the MDF according to the American Standardization (ANSI 94) as the production steps are electronically controlled.
