DAY	ASSIGNMENT
Assignment 1: Unification process for 19^th c. Germany, Italy and Latin America	Read various articles on the unification of Germany, Italy and Latin America. Links o Latin American Resources o Revolutions in Latin America o The Road to National Unification o German Unification o Italian Unification o Italian Unification: Cavour, Garibaldi and the Making of Italy o Italian Unification 2 o 19th Century Wars Write a minimum one page essay for each region, which explains the unification process. For each essay, be sure to include key people, events, dates, wars, etc. Do not List facts- explain the process, causes,results, etc., of the various events.
Assignment 2: Map Work: Latin America and Europe	Fill in two maps- one of Latin America, and one for Europe. Locations to be placed on each map will be found at the link below. o Map Work
Assignment 3: Time Line for the unification of Germany, Italy and Latin America	Create a time line of the 19^th c. unification process. Include a minimum of 15 events, with a minimum of 5 events from each region.
