The mixed leagues are excellent leagues that fill up very rapidly. Members sign up and teams are made in order to retain competitive balance. Traditionally, the leagues have been spreaded into a Wednesday Night and a Thursday Night league. However, this year the leagues will overlap with teams playing both nights whereever possible. Furthermore, if numbers warrant, more than the traditional 8 teams will be formed, giving teams the occasional week off and allow more members access to the league. The leagues however will retain their fall winter and spring sections, with teams being remade 3 times a year to allow members to play with other people during the year. While there is no entry fee for these leagues, small prizes are given to the winners. Though the real winners are those who come out and play and have such a great time. |
