1. Alonzo. W. Jewett, Co. I 12th NH Regiment from Bristol NH. He enlisted Aug. 12, 1862, became quartermaster, and was mustered out with the regiment, June 21, 1865.
2. Surgeon Major Hadley. B. Fowler, Bristol, NH enlisted as a private Aug. 18, 1862, later he was elected Surgeon, and was mustered out June 21, 1865. In May, 1865, he received an appointment from the War Dept., to the Freeman's Bureau, but declined.
3. Samuel P. Carbee, Assistant Surgeon from Bath.
4. Standing in the back is Thomas E. Hunt, Hospital Steward from Gilford, NH.
