Jimbob Image Depot IMO, the best there was, is and ever will be :-). Not only is jimbob an amazing artist, he's incredibly innovative does things many of us can't even imagine. Add to this the fact that his "how to" page is the most encompassing guide to almost every technique in customizing. This is the must visit page in my opinion.
