The world's fastest man was made from a FC Daredevil. I removed the DD insignia and painted the hands and feet red (why didn't Alex Ross give poor Flash any shoes .... what if he steps on a nail or something .... do you know how much a tetanus shot/ER visit cost? :-). The head was sculpted from scratch and ended up being a bigger headache than it's worth. I'll probably go back and do a wash/drybrush to the face to bring out more of the details. The helmet was made from a heavy modified Soldier of the World helmet (157th Infantry). The earwings came from Thor with some slight trimming. Overall it was an easy project but I'm quite happy with it. I used Photoshop to add the lightning effect and Mike Fichera (thanks Mike) added the blur motion with Paintshop.
