Orion was made from TNBA Detective Batman. After dremelling off the excess
plastic, I added sculpey to smooth out the details. I also change the
angle on his shorts ... yeah I was being alittle picky but his picture from
the Batman-Superman page showed a less angled short than Detective Batman.
The head is a modified Avalanche from Toybiz. I shaved about 3mm off each
side of the head. I added sculpey and rounded it out. I did this because
Avalanche's head looked alittle large on the Batman body. I also shaved
off the protruding chin and added a flat chin using sculpey. For the designs
on hs helmet I rolled out a thin snake-like piece of sculpey and pressed
it onto his helmet. I used a sewing pin to etch out the lines (although
you probably can see it from this picture). The ear piece was made from
a piece of plastic.
