I had to have a custom of Vandal Savage after seeing an episode of JLA .... the one where he and Superman were the sole survivors on Earth.  He was quickly cobbled together from an incomplete Captain Ramius of Red Ocktober.  There was just something about Sean Connery that screamed Vandal Savage to me.  A slight facial and a new hairstyle was all that was needed.
