Here's a couple a quick fixes I made for the Target exclusive villians.  When I bought the Penguin, I was really happy with the headsculpt, but didn't like the fact that he was as tall as Batman.  This was easily fixed with a couple of cuts with the saw and some inserted pins in the shorten thighs and calves for extra support.  I re-adjusted his pants and coat for a better fit and added a cumberbun to complete the look.  I wanted to sew a tuxedo shirt for him, but that would've taken too long and I was pretty lazy at the time.

The Joker was one of the best figures from Hasbro, but there was still room for some personal customizing touches.  I didn't like the fact that his outfit was so "bulky" so I took it apart and hemmed it back for a tighter fit.  The green shirt had to re-sewn to fit snuggly around the neck.  I also took out those big ugly buttons added smaller ones.  I dyed the suit to make it more purple, but 2 years of sunshine, has eliminated most of that.  Last but not least, I gave him a new face job.  Master Jimbob once told me a great sculpt was worthless unless it had a comparable paint job to match.  I was very happy with the Hasbro sculpt so all I did was a couple of paint washes/dry brush to bring out the details in his face and hair.  I think that spending an extra 15mins on painting was worth it as the sculpt appears more "realistic" and sinister.
