Lots of joy and love
Have appeared out of me
Not that I haven't missed it
But it sure has been a long time
You see there I was
All alone all the time
Not thinking that I'm worthy
Then some things have changed
I've begun to realize that I have something here
It's not out there but living inside of me
I've broken the glass, I've gone outside
I've ran out into the field
Screamed and yelled as much as I could
I think today I feel happy
I feel no tears flooding my eyes
There's air coming out of my mouth
As I speak my mind, yeah
It's still going on now
I can't stop smiling
Sometimes it feels like an epidemic
Spreading to others around me
But I hope it doesn't die down soon
I want it to be steady
Let it last
As long as it can
