Metal Slug 1st Mission is the game which SNK had in all arcades when it was originally released. It put SNK on the map and now it's come to the Neo Geo. A third person side-scroller, this game sets you as the scene always seems to be as a lone soldier set to take on the world. 

Gameplay
The gameplay is good but not outstanding. It is pretty fast and the guns and various vehicles that you can drive (aeroplane, small tank) are cool.

Sound
The sound is pretty good but there is no speech (as far as I saw email if I'm wrong) and the music is, well normal.

Graphics
The graphics in this game are good and slow down occurs not too often. There are nice scrolling backgrounds and all the sprite animations are good quality.

Overall
This is a good game and it is good that it came out. However, it is now a bit old and Metal Slug 2 is out now so I would only reccomend this game on budget.
