Executive Director: Maria Culesov
Mrs. Culesov has a Masters in Construction Engineering and an additional degree in AgroBusiness Management and has been the Executive Director of AgroInform Cimislia for the past 5 years and was the catalyst for Lia-Cimislia's creation.  As the other organization's executive director, she won grants from Soros and NoVib for farming seminars and help with the start-up of the dairy cooperative, JavLacta.  She works half-time for Lia-Cimislia along with Mrs. Tataru
Staff:
Head Accountant: Zina Tataru
Mrs. Tataru has been practicing accounting for 20 years, the past 5 of which have been with AgroInform.  She earned her degree from the University of Economics and Finance in Chisinau.  She splits her time between AgroInform and Lia-Cimislia.

Peace Corps Volunteer: Seanne Hanke
Ms. Hanke, formerly a financial analyst at General Mills in Minneapolis, MN USA, began her tenure as a business consultant with Mrs. Culesov in November, 2003.  She has a background in accounting, international business and non-profit development with a BBA from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.

Assistant to Ms. Culesov: Ludmila Griu

Ms. Griu is in her fourth year of university studies and serves as Mrs. Culesov's assistant and as junior project manager.  Ms. Griu is ambitiously studying Communications & Public Relations as well as Social Work through a distance learning program with the University of Iasi, Romania.


Volunteers:
Marketing Specialist: Angela Virlan
Mrs. Virlan is a journalist for the largest newspaper in the Cimislia Region: BusinessInfo.  She volunteers her time at Lia-Cimislia, helping to strengthen public relations and designing marketing for the ONG.

Grant Writer: Galina Bitca
Mrs. Bitca is a local entrepreneur and model businesswoman in the community.  She volunteers her time by aiding Ms. Culesov with project design and grant writing.
