The ngo conducts diploma courses as well as hobby courses for dance and music. All the diploma courses are recognised by "Prayag Sangeet Samiti", Allahabad(india).
The syllabus for hobby courses is prepared by the NGO itself. The main aim of MUMUKSHA is to promote Indian Classical Performing Arts and the programme provided by the ngo is based on this thought which helps the student to understand the classical aspects of the course. Whether it be guitar or modern dance which are known to be associated with western culture only. But through the academy's programme we use these courses as a medium to penetrate the students mind and introduce them to the Indian Classical Art. As we know it is rather difficult for anybody to understand the Indian Classical Arts directly, therefore at first we treat them according to their tastes and then slowly we make them familiar with the unique taste of Indian Classical Art. |
