Merry Christmas

Christmas always brings out the "kid" in me. On Christmas Eve my parents and I drive around town looking at Christmas lights and listening to pretty Christmas music on the radio.

One house, in particular, is really neat- The "Bugg" house. It's the neatest Christmas house in town. It's decorated with all kinds of cool stuff. You can walk through their front yard with all their animated characters, sit with Santa Claus on the porch, and listen to carolers singing. It's awsome!

Afterwards, we go home and open one gift each. Then we drink-egg nog and play games until we get sleepy enough to go to bed and wait for Santa.

I also love the way our house is decorated for Christmas. The whole house is done up with lights and cute little animations and all sorts of really fancy ornaments.

I love our huge Victorian Christmas tree and the little hand-painted Christmas Villages. We have several trees throughout the house, all different sizes and with different themes. Besides the Victorian tree in the living room, there's the "Hallmark Tree" that holds all the Hallmark ornaments. Another holds the miscellaneous ornaments that have no particular theme, and there are a few smaller trees scattered around here and there. I had a "rock and roll" tree in my bedroom with Kiss and AC/DC ornaments and some Iron Maiden heads wearing Santa hats. It was really cute.

I couldn't say which Christmas has been the most special. They've all been wonderful! Santa and my parents have been very good to me every year and I've always had a lot of fun with our Christmas traditions. But, this Christmas will probably be the best ever...!
