| Athan lived as a master rouge before joining the Night's Watch. There wasn't a thing he couldn't steal and not get away with. One fateful day Athan had a marvelous idea! So on an errie night Athan crepted into the king's castle and stole his crown while the king was sleeping. "Too easy", Athan said to himself boastfully. Then suddenly he entered a room were he found lying on a bed what looked to be a sleeping angel to him. He stared at her beauty with wide eyes and a dropped jaw for hours. In the morning the gaurds found Athan staring at what turned out to be the princess! Athan was sentenced to death for treason and perversion. The princess took pity on Athan and begged her father to let him live! So the king sentenced Athan to a life of servetude on The Wall with the Black Brotherhood.
