~*~ In New York ~*~

There it is. Ava lead Max down a dark alley to an abandoned shack. Hes in here. She opened the door to let Max in. Max walked in but stopped when he noticed that Ava wasnt following him.

Arent you coming in? Max asked.

I cant. She said quickly and closed the door. Max walked over to the limp body that looked so much like himself. He knelt down on the floor and set his hand on the bodys heart. He concentrated as hard as he could, putting all his life energy into his healing. His heart started beating faster, his veins bulged. Suddenly, he saw the bodys eyes open and he lunged backward, gasping for air. The body sat up, breathing shallowly.

What happened? Where am I? The very confused Zan asked. He looked around, trying to figure out where he was. He looked over at Max and jumped with fright. Who are you?

ImIm Maxthe otherZan. Max said between deep breaths. Ava! Ava come in! He called to Ava. She opened the door slowly and looked at Zan. When she saw that he was alive, she ran in and embraced Zan with a wild hug.

Zan! Youre alive! Ive waited so long for you! She cried with happiness. Zan started to remember what had happened to him.

I was killed wasnt I? He asked for reassurance.

Yeah. But Max brought you back. Ava sniffed. Zan turned to Max, who was smiling at the overjoyed Ava.

Thanks man. Youre the dude. Zan thanked Max.

No problem. Um, I think we should get to Roswell. You can rest up in the car. Max urged them to get up. They followed him to the car and left for Roswell.

Tess woke up unusually early that Saturday morning, so she decided to go for a jog. She quietly sneaked out of the front door, trying not to wake Zan and Ava who were sleeping on the couch. Once outside, she gulped in the semi-fresh air. She started jogging down the road towards Maxs house.

She knocked on his window wildly. Max fluttered his eyes open and looked towards the window.

Tess, what are you doing here at this hour? Max asked as he opened the window for her.

Im too excited! How CAN you sleep?! Tess exclaimed energetically.

Im really tired. Weve both had a very busy schedule lately and I think we should both get some sleep. Max yawned tiredly.

Well can I stay here? I cant sleep at my own place. Tess asked him with her puppy eyes. He nodded, his eyes barely open. He got out another blanket and pillow and laid down on the floor while Tess took his bed.

At 7:00 am in the morning, Maxs alarm rang, waking him and Tess. Tess jumped up from her slumber and quickly hopped out the window after saying goodbye to Max. She rushed home and woke up Zan and Ava.

Come on you guys! Todays the day! Ava, come help me get my things. Tess woke them exuberantly.

Oooooh. Does the sun really come up this early? Ava moaned as Tess pulled her out of bed. She let Tess tug her into her room and pile her big white dress atop her arms.

Okay. Now weve got to go to the hair salon and get our faces and hair done! But first weve got to pick up Isabel. Tess talked to herself, making sure shed remember everything. Zan! Zan, get up! Im going to drive you over to Maxs and you guys can leave from there. Dont forget Michael, kay? Tess shook Zan, waking him up fully.

Yeah yeah. I got it. Zan rose from the couch and walked to the door. They all rushed out to the car and then drove fast towards the Evans house. Once there, Zan got out and Isabel came running outside with her dress in her arms. She jumped into the back of the car and slammed the door closed.

Hey! Isabel greeted them, out of breath.

Hey Izzy. You got all your stuff? Tess asked as she sped off to the salon.

Yup. Isabel responded. Hey Ava.

Hey Izzy. Ava said back. Soon they arrived at the salon and quickly walked inside. The hair took a total of 2 hours to do with all three of them. Then they had their makeup done which took quite a while as well. When they were done with that, they sped off to take pictures. Max, Michael, and Zan were supposed to be there when the girls got there.
