6pm practice

Read this list, carefully. if u play tonight, and u mess up on something
thats on this list. ur cut. straight up. and if you didnt read this list through
ignorance, cuz u didnt pay attention in the private channel. your fault. everyone
in this team, chooses, again chooses their own level of involvement. if u dont
want to play with c|net, then dont. we should all be at the level,
smart enough to make adjustments, good enough to make our shots consistently,
and better then the other team cause of all us real cool mother fuckers! can i get
hell yea? ;p also idle #flyswatterdesigns pls. 

sacrafice, compromise, team pride/spirit, patience for improvement
not patience for friends that mess up over and over again

BASIC rules -
1) if you arent a caller, dont call strats
	have faith in the in game leader
	multiple calls confuse the team
2) during the begining of each round for at least 15 secs, dont talk
	if a strat is called, and u didnt get it ur cut
	(that is of course its not a complex strat, that the team hasnt gone over)
	not talking doesnt mean not calling out enemy location
3) conserve money
	you dont need 90 rounds reserve on every map
	or 30 rounds reserve of awp bullets or 35 bullets of deagle
	smoke grenades on ct side
	or full vest+helm
4) play with the team
	picking mid on dust2 only requires 1 shot, at tops 2
	going on super flank w/ out calling it is not team work
	nor does doing it all the time mean ur doing what u think
	is best for the team when its not
5) no tking during practice
	sometimes it aggravates members
6) after each losing round, type out your money
	it makes it easier on making calls
7) no yelling, bitching, whining, crying, and dont make excuses
	we should be at the level of exp. where we dont mess up with calls
	if sum1 does mess up, dont get down on them, support them and talk
	to them. dont bitch at people
	anyone talking shit on anyone about anything will be cut
8) do not run with your knife out, always have at least your pistol
	i know this a hard habit to break, but we need to change
9) this is not deathmatch!
	if u dont have to chase down a guy for the round, dont do it
10) dont leave practice scrims early
	if something comes up, etc. then you shouldnt have played in the first place
11) when a save is called, everyone saves
	remember, if u have over 2800 on t side a nade, maybe deagle is ok
	on ct side if u have 3500 a nade is ok. know the economy
	if u have over like 5g'+ a light buy is ok, just try to keep over 2800
12) treat every round as the round we need
	dont every say u werent trying, if u take the effort to move ur mouse
	over to the guy and click ur trying, dont be a baby. 
13) dedicate your time, mind, and effort into practice
	get your shit done: eating, bathroom, etc.
	get off aim, only pick up important phone calls if u have too
14) treat everyone with a certain level of respect
15) wait to buy until the play is called
	i think everyone can buy pretty fast on the team
	if not get cpl gui
	we dont need 3 awpers on a rush
