Moses and Monotheism(1939)
an important monograph by Dr. Sigmund Freud

From whence came monotheism?

Dr. Sigmund Freud first addressed this question in his 1939 monograph, "Moses and Monotheism", which speculates that the origins of Judaism came from the 18th Egyptian dynasty under Pharoh Ankhenaten. (see above link and this related link:

But we can take this one step further and insist that all sources of monotheistic religions are psychologically rooted in ancient sun worship.  We deceive ourselves into believing that a "God" exists, when we are really subconsciously addressing the fact that it is the "Sun" which 'exists' and it is the Sun which is the source of all life on this planet.

Read about the "Christ Conspiracy", link below:

"The Christian religion and Masonry have one and the same common origin: Both are derived from the worship of the Sun. The difference between their origin is, that the Christian religion is a parody on the worship of the Sun, in which they put a man whom they call Christ, in the place of the Sun, and pay him the same adoration which was originally paid to the Sun."  --- Thomas Paine

The Gaea Hypothesis speculates that the Earth as a whole is a living, sentient organism.  Can we say the same thing about the Sun?  Could it also be a living, sentient organism?  If so, then God becomes even more of a personal deity for us on Earth.
