Most of this research was done by me when I was a student at UCF and I had daily access to their excellent library there. Also NASA was quite cooperative in supplying some important historical documents for me, in particular their perspective on the Soviet/US cooperation in space before and after JFK's administration.
From my independent perspective of the old Nazi faction within NASA, I suppose most of them have died peacefully in their sleep by now, I think they were working behind the scenes and were all over the Apollo moon programme: Von Braun, Dornberger, Arthur Rudolf. If these were the same Nazis who helped to engineer the violent removal of an American President in Nov. 22, 1963, almost 40 years ago, using the hoax of a deranged lone assassin named Oswald to cover up their tracks, then it might have only encouraged them to make an even bolder, grander hoax: the Apollo missions to the moon. Which allowed them to covertly take off many billions of dollars from revenue allocated to the projected expenses of a real moon mission, some or all of which most likely never actually happened.
A lot of information about the NASA involvement in JFK's death comes mostly from the Torbitt Document, which is a well-known and public domain text file you can access on the internet with a little searching on your part, it isn't at all necessary to buy the book. By reading Torbitt, a nom de plume for a Texas lawyer by the name of Copeland, who was a friend of JFK researchers Mae Brussel and Penn Jones, one gets the suspicious that he may have been sharing information back and forth between Jim Garrison, especially the NASA links. Torbitt specifically fingers J.E. Hoover and Wehrner von Braun as the main active conspirators in the JFK hit, although as Hoover was a closet cross-dressing gay, one might assume he could have been easily blackmailed by the NASA/Nazi group, which would have a much more robust network of assassins and intelligence assets worldwide. And they are the ones who would have stood the most to gain from coup d'etat in America.
Also by keeping NSAM 271 secret for 20 years, it certainly helped them to keep their trails covered.
We must also realize that there were non-Nazi players in the conspiracy,
especially in the aerospace industry. Albert Jenner, as a few JFK
researchers have already pointed out, was a corporate lawyer on a lease
for General Dynamics, and it was this man who was put in control of all
the conspiracy angles which the Warren Commission pursued. In addition,
we have Max Clark, an anti-communist security officer at the same General
Dynamics, who helped set up Oswald into his job in Dallas when Oswald moved
there in 1963. Such relationships weren't discovered until much later,
after the Warren Commission.
There is some current speculation that DISC, the shadowy intelligence organization ("Disco", as it is commonly known) is now set up in the big NASA facility in Huntsville, Alabama. Torbitt locates it as being in Ohio, which was probably true in the 1970's. Disco and NASA appear to have some sort of working relationship. Garrison claimed that 4 of Oswald's fellow co-workers went to work for NASA immediately after the assassination, some of them going directly to the NASA/CIA base in Michoud , outside of New Orleans. Dornberger was working there for NASA, I think.
A lot of the hard questions we are trying to answer today, if they could have been addressed and examined 20 or 30 years ago, the whole trail of this conspiracy would have been exposed much earlier.
I think if we follow JFK's logic with respect to NASA, then we might assume he was trying to de-nationalize NASA, to literally ‘un-NASA'. And we might have seen a United Nations Aeronautics and Space Administration headquartered in Cape Kennedy/Canaveral instead today. (I occasionally go surfing at the adjacent beaches there a lot, but since 9-11, NASA security people have closed off about 1/3 of the parking lots.
I really think it is a major waste and duplication of resources for China, Russia, Europe, etc. to all compete against one another to explore space. Perhaps JFK understood that as well as anyone.
