In Memory Main Page
This Page in memory of Gladys King'ori. In Ngandu from 1990 to 1993.
Dear Gals,

I hope and pray we are all fine. It is extremely sad that Gladys has left us. She was an ever smiling [more often than not smiling]  'black beauty' . God rest her soul in peace.

This is sad news. We used to call her "grado" . She was hardworking and driven, that I remember (always chopping). God be with her.

I am extremely saddened by Gladys' death. We used to
call her grando, remember. I was sharing a decker with
her during our 4th year at ngandu and oh yes Frankie,
Gladys was one big smiler and she was hard working
too, she especially used to like Biology and chemistry
a lot. And if we can remember, she always said that
she'd like to pursue a career in chemistry, but she
used to have this poor sense of smell, which really
saddened her coz she couldn't specialised in her dream
career... that was dear Grando.

I remember Gladys - always in a hurry to go chop, happy and always busy.  May God's peace fill her family and loved ones.
- Kate (Catherine Munge)

My favorite memory of Gladys was in forth form (12th grade) when the English teacher, Mrs. Ka...? (Mrs. Okonkwo) asked someone to read an exerpt from Romeo and Juliet. And Gladys read, "Oh Lomeo, Lomeo, wherefore art thou Lomeo?" Ah, to be back there again that day would be wonderful.
