Options connectors in fuse box on 1994 Civic.

Options connectors are numbered from left to right, 1 through 5. For some bizarre reason Honda has numbered the connectors differently throughout the '92 through '95 model years. This is only a documentation change, the actual connectors did not move or change functions. The connectors are as follows:

#1 (leftmost): Constant power fused only by 50A fuse (#36) in the under hood fuse box.

#2: Constant power fused with fuse #17. The fuse (10A) is installed only in cars with daytime running lights. On cars without DRL, fuse socket #17 is empty and you have to supply your own fuse.

#3: IG2; Powered with ignition in RUN, but not in START. Fused with 7.5A fuse #16. Again, if your car came without DRL, you have to supply your own fuse.

#4: Parking lights. This output has power whenever the parking lights are on (including when the headlights are on). Fused with 10A fuse #19. Applying battery voltage to this connector will turn on dash lights and parking lights. Good connector to hook up the parking lights flash output from alarm systems etc.

#5: ACC. This connector has power with the ignition in ACC or RUN but not Start. Fused with 15A fuse #23
