It has been found that the rich white male Tom Buchanan is indecent. He has been cheating on his wife for some time with a lady name Myrtle Wilson. I have been informed that Tom is very abusive towards her. On one occasion, he violently hit Myrtle and broke her nose. He is also very vulgar and racist. I have been told that he had read the book "The Rise of the Colored Empires", and he has a lot of interest in it. He believes that other races will take over the world, and he and the white race must do something about it. He claims that the white race will "submerge the white race eventually". He also treats his wife wrong. He carelessly cheats on her, and she herself knows it. He socializes with people that does not have the same status as he (meaning the poorer people). Also, the lady that he cheats on his wife with isn’t all that appealing. She also lives in a shady neighborhood. Her husband is a poor mechanic.
