The Department is availabile to assist residents by phone or in the Social Services Office which is located at the Senior Center. Individuals may receive information, referral or assistance applying for both State and Federal Social Service Programs Fuel Assistance, Tax Relief, Housing Assistance, ConnPACE,Medicare,Medicaid,Supplemental Insurance, Savings Programs, Meals on Wheels, Connecticut Home Care for Elders, House Cleaning, Legal Assitance, Transportation, Home Repair, Food Pantry and Holiday Baskets.
