TREATY OF MUTUAL RECOGNITION AND COOPERATION
BETWEEN
THE EMPIRE OF LEBLANDIA
AND
THE NAUTILUS FREE STATE
To all and singular to whom these Presents may concern, We, the Sovereign and Recognized Rulers of the Empire of Leblandia, in the Person of His Imperial Majesty, Emperor Marcus Lebenciusz the Great, and the Nautilus Free State, in the Person of His Excellency President Ryan D. Caruso so extend Our Greetings;
Be it recognized that the following Articles of Agreement have been negotiated in good faith and without effort of evasion or duress by the Governments of the Empire of Leblandia and the Nautilus Free State:
Article I. That there will be a perpetual State of Friendship and Cooperation between the aforementioned Micro-Nations, and that both parties are committed to a peaceful resolution of any and all issues that may occur to estrange and otherwise alienate them one from the other.
Article II. That both Micro-Nations shall refrain from any aggressive, belligerent or hostile act or policy, either overtly or covertly, directed against the other.
Article III. That each of the signatory Micro-Nations is pledged to the other to provide information of a hostile nature or consequence directed at the other by any third party Micro-Nation.
Article IV. That the signatory Micro-Nations shall respect the diplomatic position and policies of the other, as regards to the recognition of, and relationship with, other Micro-Nations. Further, the diplomatic recognition by either signatory of a third Micro-Nation shall constitute a strong endorsement of that third entity's diplomatic recognition by the other signatory Micro-Nation.
Article V. That each signatory Micro-Nation shall respect the military and political endeavors of the other, insofar as such does not infringe upon their own military and political interests.
Article VI. That no formal bond of military or political support shall exist between the signatory Micro-Nations hereto; however, in the event of international crisis, which may be declared by either signatory, both parties shall steadfastly support the other in all efforts to remain neutral.
Article VII. That the signatory Micro-Nations hereto are in agreement that this Treaty forms the foundation of their relationship with one another and may be amended, revised, enlarged and expanded upon the concurrence of both.
Given under Our respective Signs-Manual, on this the 31. day of August, 2001.

Annex to a Treaty
Article I. The both Micro-Nations shall put information about this Treaty on their webpages (with Internet's addresses of both countries) in 7 days and inform another with e-mail about ratification.
