PAYMENT INFORMATION
Payments shall be made and addressed to FAISAL B. FAULAR, NFJPIA VP for Finance or to your respective Regional Council President. All payments must be made in cash. If you choose to deposit payment to UCPB, write NFJPIA in the account’s name and the account number is 120-124867-2. Fax a copy of the validated deposit slip at 02-5213244 c/o Glenn G. Nolasco, NFJPIA. DO NOT LOSE DUPLICATE. The delegate shall present the duplicate on the registration day. The same will reconciled with NFJPIA’s account.

DEADLINES
Payment and layout for Advertisement contracts and reservation payment should be made on a before October 10, 2003. Full payments are set from October 10 up to the convention registration.
ADCONS
The accumulated Advertisement Contracts worth the amount listed
would free the delegate from his/her chosen package’s regular fee. Any
excess over the required AdCon amounts can be credited to another delegate
(internal arrangement). The delegate should pay any deficiency from the required
AdCon amounts. NFJPIA strongly encourage all delegates who intended to avail
the advertisement contract incentive to start soliciting for sponsors as soon
as you read this note.
