Children's Palace

Our first stop in Shanghai was the Children's Palace, a semi-private/public school for gifted children or children whose parents who can afford the tuition.  I would appreciate comments from Jesse, our Shanghai guide, or from my fellow travellers if I have misstated the enrollment criteria.
