The NFB Club ONF
2004 Christmas Brunch

The luxurious L'Htel de la montagne Restaurant le Luttia again hosted the Club's annual December brunch. After investigating several other possible locations, the committee could not find an other place that compared atmosphere, cuisine and price-wise. Everyone seemed satisfied with the choice and, as usual, the food and service were excellent and the Christmas decorations were most spectacular. Traditionally a cold buffet was followed by a three-course hot dinner and a lavish dessert buffet.

During dessert, a master of sleight-of-hand entertained with some amazing table by table stunts. The hotel again offered two door prizes of a night's stay at L'Htel de la Montagne and the winners were Claude LeBrun and (honestly the name was legally drawn) me.

I would like to thank all of the members of our committee for their efforts in making this yea's event a succcess. In particular, thanks to Olivier Fougres for his planning.

We had slightly fewer participants this year and I would sincerely appreciate hearing from those who chose not to attend this year as to any suggestions they might have to change this Club event.
