The Bloodstone shown here is tumbled. You can see the tell-tale red flecks in these green and black stones.

Healing Properties: Bloodstone can be used to slow bleeding by pressing it on the effected area. Generally, it promotes good overall health, specifically good health in the blood stream and circulatory system.

Magical Properties: Bloodstone has the ability to eliminate obstacles and physical barriers. It promotes increased physical strength and as such is associated with success in sports and overcomming the enemy.

Pregnant women should keep bloodstone against their arm in early pregnancy to protect against miscarriage, and againts thier inner thigh to promote a safe and relatively easy childbirth.

It is associated with monetary success and can be kept in a pocket or piggy bank to attract money.
