Where it can be found: I think you can get it at Chapters or Coles, I got it from a friend myself. Or you can order it online. It's a fairly popular book.
Rating: As an introductory book to the charkas, I give this book a 9.
Recommendation: I would definitely recommend it as an introductory guide to the chakras.
Reason for Recommendation:
It gives great introductory knowledge of chakras, how to work with them, how to meditate with them, and chakra correspondences.
General Review:
It bears repeating; this is a GREAT introduction to chakras. It is informative, interesting, and anecdotal. It explains each chakra, their correspondences, gives examples of people who exemplify each chakra, and how to work with various illnesses controlled by problems in each chakra. I still consult this book, and I have since learned oodles of stuff about chakras!! Great for a beginner who is interested in psychic healing.
