I watch your face,
Hair blowing in the wind
As you sit there
And the sun sets.

I watch the sun
Glinting in your eyes,
See the smile
Curve your lips.

You look so peaceful,
As you watch the sunset,
Look so happy,
On your own.

And I wonder,
Sat near you,
If you need me,
Like I need you.

You look over here,
And my heart aches
At the beauty,
In your smile.

And you tell me,
That you love me.
And I tell you,
That I love you.

So we sit here,
As the sunsets,
And I hold you,
In my arms.

And you ask me,
If I need you.
And I tell you,
          I always will.
