Kuso, he's still talking about the Tokugawa Shogunate. Couldn't he just take us to a museum or somethin? It's still life, but it's visible life.

The spears, the jewelry, the armor, the blades; all been used. Crafted by Experience.

It'd be a whole lot more interesting if we could act it out.

Then I can keep it.

Mine permanently because I used it. I experienced it.

That's why I like martial arts. More hands on, more exposure.

More for me to keep.

Kick, punch, it's not just in the mind. It's experience, a way to find out by getting into the problem.

Probably no one but me understands that. Not the tomboy, not P-chan, not even oyaji.

If you wanna keep it, gotta get your hands dirty.

Even with the art, it's nice to have other things to work with. Worse chewin out I ever got was when oyaji caught me playin piano. The dojo master said he'd never heard a beginner clean up so quickly on something they just tried after a major session of mistakes.

It was my first time on an instrument.

It was one of Mozart's symphonies.

And I played on the second time to perfection.

The most weird one of all is the Onna thing. Course I don't like bein a girl, but the sudden change in the point of view is amazing. One minute I'm laughing along with Hiroshi and Daisuke at their dirty jokes, the next I find myself wanting to bash their heads together for saying something so hentai.

With things like this, I don't plan on just running the Anything Goes dojo when I'm older. That's why havin kids one day is one of my goals. The way pops taught me (sans the neko-ken) was not really a problem. I'm happy for everything I picked up. I just can't wait to see if my kids can understand like I do.

And I won't bother to limit them on what they can put their hands on.

At least not heavily.

Oh. Bell's ringing, time to go. And here comes Kuno, ranting about my sorcerer ways.

Kuso, you'd think he come with something different.

Couldn't he help me learn anything new?

Wait, what's that bird doin on his head? And that aura is way too big for him. This could mean trouble.

Good.

Somethin new to learn.

Somethin new to keep.
