****  Member Incentive Program****

Cheryl outlined a new member incentive program.    We have given a lot of attention to trying to attract guests/new members, but, have not really provided any incentive for existing members to attend, fill roles or bring guests.      This is changing as of today.      Each member is eligible to earn “tokens” and at the end of each quarter the member with the most “tokens” will win a prize (ex:  lunch certificate for Crossings, gift cert for Wendy’s, etc)       You can earn tokens by:

                              1 token -  attending the meeting

                              1 token -  filling a meeting role

                              1 token -  bring a friend

                              5 tokens -  delivering a prepared speech

                              5 tokens – joining the club

                              10 tokens – sponsoring a new member

The officers will track the number of tokens earned per member.
