Take 277 to Parklane Rd.
Turn left at top of ramp
Go straight on Parklane, crossing into the Carolina Research Park at Farrow Rd. You will see 2 large white buildings on your right - that's Indus.
Turn right at the stop sign, then take first right, then turn into Indus parking for 1st white building (7 Science). You will need to press the button on the speaker at the door and the receptionist will let you in.
Take Exit 19 (Farrow Rd).
Stay in right lane, merging into the right lane of Farrow Rd. Turn Right at first light - that's the entrance to Carolina Research Park.

Best thing is to get on I-77 and follow the directions above.
