When Pastor and Mrs. Berry went out of town for two weeks, little did they know that the water supply line to their ice make would burst and leave their home a watery mess.  Upon arriving home, the Berry's discovered all of their upstairs hardwood flooring had buckled and their downstairs was completely waterlogged and moldy.

Next Generation Homes received the phone call to come and help and we've completed their home.  Please see our progress and the absolutely gorgeous new home the Berry's are enjoying!
Make sure to turn the water off.......
Kitchen floor first layer - one of three to be removed
These pictures show the upstairs level where the water pooled at the top of the stairs before running down the walls.  All of the subfloor had to be replaced along with 18 inches of drywall throughout the hall, dining room and kitchen.
The foyer stairs as they looked.  Instead of replacing wall paper, the Berry's chose to replace their wrought iron hand rail with a custom built oak rail.  All of the paneling through out the downstairs was replaced with drywall and custom painted.
