Special Info
This is the page where we explain some things that are probably really confusing right now. Like this "black duck", "red duck" business and their relationship with the different continents. Not to mention those confusing words used to describe the ducks' colors. I mean, what is a Cano? What's up with that?
Well, here is where you'll find out what's really up with that, plus many more things we think we should explain.
Color Terms used on the site
Bayo- (Tan) Universal. Rare on P3 and P4. Common on P1 and P2
Ruso-  (Red) Found on P3 and P4 only. Rare on P3 and P4.
Albino- (white) Found universally. Rare on P3 and P4. Common on P1 and P2
Negro- (well obviously!) Found universally but are rare on P1 and P2. Dominant color on P3 and P4.
Moreno- (Brown) Universal on all continents, but rare on P3 and P4.
Cano- (Gray) Universal, but rare on P3 and P4.
Explanations of Colors
Rusos- The Red Ducks:
Nobody really knows how the red duck gene came to be, but it's here and Dred wears it well. So does Kala Brio, but you don't know her yet.
Anyway, Red Ducks originate on P3 and P4. The reddish coloring is extremely rare, and few ducks are born with it. Unlike the Black ducks, reds are not rotational; they can happen at any time. Also, all Red ducks have amber-colored eyes.
Albinos- The White Ducks:
The White ducks are to P3 and P4 what the Black ducks are to P1 and P2--rare.
Negros- The Black Ducks:
The Black ducks are to P1 and P2 what the White ducks are to P3 and P4--rare. Except for one big difference....they're black! No, actually they're rotational, as mentioned in the Ruso explanation. The rotation is about every hundred years and consists of anywhere from one to three ducks, usually two on one continent and one on the second.
the rotation is roughly a hundred years and each continent's rotaion runs a few years ahead or behind the other. each one, unlike the one's of P3 and P4, have some sort of natuaral special ability to their name and some sort of birthmark that is a characteristic to their rarity. and one commonality to all of them, from P1 to P4 is that they all have some shade of blue for eye color.
