Re On-going court action

I really need something on paper to clarify the matter but as I see it Income support have dropped their ridiculous claims regarding my living with Ms Brownsett and are now just claiming for:

An even more ridiculous allegation that I was receiving the benefit while in Australia and,
A separate claim that I was receiving a benefit while in prison.
that back payments for child support are being claimed by Income Support
that back payments for child support are being claimed by Inland Revenue
that present payments are being claimed by Inland Revenue

My Response

1. Regarding the allegations that I was receiving a benefit while in Australia I will state again that my benefit in New Zealand was stopped two weeks before I left. I went in to the Manukau office at the time my payment did not occur and was told that my benefit had been stopped. Further enquiries brought to light the fact that a detective (Quiggley, Car theft squad?) had contacted them (Social Security) and informed them that I did not live at 13 Bettina Place and that they should stop my benefit. Ms Brownsett would be able to confirm this but she is not willing to get involved. The detective desperately wanted to catch up with me regarding an SLR Holden Torana that I stole. He launched a harassment campaign against my friends, Ms Brownsett and her family so shortly after my benefit was stopped I departed to Australia. I know this to be true so the records should prove it only they (Now Income Support) have conveniently lost them. I would like to know on what grounds they make their claim and demand to see what evidence they have produced in court. So far they have changed this “evidence” twice but I have yet to see any of it.

2. Regarding the overpayment while I was in prison. At the time I was imprisoned I was in the hospital wing undergoing psychiatric care. Apart from that, access to phone numbers or even phones in that department is impossible. I could not even contact my lawyer, useless as he was anyway. Also, I would point out that Income support were completely aware of the name I was in prison under (Jeffery Dean). They had just completed numerous reports and court cases using the same name. Also it was not an alias but my previous legal name therefore on legal record. Any money paid into my account was taken by the bank for mortgage payments until, when there was nothing left I lost my house

3. I understand that Mr. Minchen is proceeding with a court case on my behalf re the back payment for Income support but am not sure what is happening regarding the others. Have Income Support been notified so they can stop the deductions from my benefit?. If they do not I am entitled to have the court order them to cease

4. I am entitled to have Inland revenues claim reviewed. They insisted I was not but after I put their letter on the internet they sent a letter telling me I could. They still refuse to reply to the fax sent them by CBU or write to Mr Minchen without written consent so I will include that with this letter. If someone could contact them on my behalf that would be most helpful. The grounds are that the proof and circumstances are sub judice and that it is also causing extreme financial hardship

5. Same response as 4..

Thankyou for all you have done on my behalf over the years. The part we have already won should show them (Income Support) they cant get away with this sort of thing and should also be an encouragement to others to fight back. I have posted (still doing it) all this on the internet so that everyone can see what they are doing. I have also a plan in mind which will bring lots of (unwanted) attention to the consequences.
