1.  1st time a rule is broken - one warning with the student writing his name on the board or appropriate place in the classroom.

2.  2nd time a rule is broken in the same day - one check on the board by his name and five minutes recess missed.

3.  3rd time a rule is broken in the same day - two checks on the name and miss entire recess.

4.  4th time a rule is broken in the same day - three checks by his name and miss entire recess.

5.  5th time a rule is broken in the same day - a visit with the principal, with a parent referral, if necessary.

6.  These steps may be followed or skipped at the discretion of the teacher and and depending on the severity of the offense an eighth hour may be assigned by her.
