1.  Routine conferences are arranged with ALL parents once each year after the first quarter has ended.  Report cards will
     be given at that time.

2.  Parents are encouraged to contact their child's teacher at time to arrange an appointment for an additional conference.

3.  Appointments are necessary as teachers are not permitted to confer with parents during times when they are responsible
      for working with children.

4.  Always feel free to call or visit the principal's office to discuss items of concern to you.
