Before you download anything from this site, You need to have the requirments for the whole thing to work. Here they are as listed
Requirements-
1. Simcity 3000 Unlimted (comes with Building Architect Tool.)
2. Download Landmarks from the official Simcity website.
3. Download the Landmark Convertor also from the official website
4. Download the SCURK tool (optional if you want the more realistic version of a couple buildings.)
Bapped-A building built with the Building Architect Tool.
Scurked- A building made with the SCRenderingKit.
The Buildings (WARNING - There are over 95 buildings) therefore there are too many buildings to download one at a time. So in an effort to make it much more quicker, please contact me and I will send you all the buildings in 48 hours or less. I will also send you a hidden webpage with some buildings up for Self Download.
Step 2
The City - Downloadable Here-
Download the city into the cities folder and unzip it. It should now appear in the game. Don't forget to also checkout the Photo Album of the city.
Step 3
Replacements Lists-
After you have downloaded the replacements lists, open Simcity 3000 and open the NewYork Miracle. Now that the city is loaded, click on the bottom button with the greendisk on the right side panel of the game. After clicking that button, more options should appear including a round button called 'City Options'. After clicking on 'City Options', choose the 'Select Button'. From there, you should be able to replace buildings and then hit the checkmark on the bottom right when you are finished.
While replacing buildings, you will need all or some of the Replacements Lists open on Microsoft Paint so you can minimize Simcity to see what others need to be replaced before you forget. Alt + Tab to minimize Simcity
This can be a lengthy process especially if you are new to Simcity 3000. But if you are a veteran, then you know what I'm saying thus making it an easy walk in the park.
Remember to save buildings on the Landmark Convertor if the buildings names show up under a bold heading called Landmarks on the Replacements Lists
Step 4
Go to the SimCity Exchange on the official Simcity website. After you clicked on Exchange, click Maxis Downloads on the left. After you did that, download the BA+ Rendering Kit. (optional) But you MUST download the Landmark Convertor* on that same page.
Why Should I Get The BA+ Rendering Kit (Scurk)??-
By downloading Scurk, you will be able to add a more realistic version of the Singer Building to the city. Also there are some websites in which you can download fantasy Scurk buildings to add to the city if you want.

Due to the fact that there are too many buildings for the city, you need to download the convertor which is like a second BAP program, however this one uploads the buildings as a Landmark. Use the Landmark Convertor only when you have almost ran out of room to replace buildings on the City Options.
Only a couple of bapped buildings have a Scurked version of the same thing.
